All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Our services have a reschedule policy shown below which is a credit for available services.

Reschedules

Refunds are not offered, but credit for prepaid services is only offered for reschedules that are received at least 24 hours prior to your existing scheduled appointment. 

“No shows” or “missed home appointments” that do not provide at least a 24-hour notice of a requested change before your scheduled appointment, will not be refunded and will count as having services delivered. This is also known as a “24-hour cancellation” policy. Without a “24-hour cancellation” notice, you cannot reschedule, and services will be provided on the existing appointment or be forfeited.

Requested reschedules of an existing appointment, at least 24 hours before your existing scheduled appointment, will be honored with a rescheduled appointment. Gifts

All sales are final for gift certificates. There are no refunds issued for this prepaid service. Services offered with a prepaid gift will follow our refund policy shown above which offers credit for available services.
